Susie Williamson is the Buyer's Agent and Foreclosure Specialist for The Nanci Edwards' Group.
As a Buyer’s agent for the Nanci Edwards’ Group, where personalized service is our top priority,Susie’s main focus is to help her clients through the entire buying process step-by-step – from researching and locating the “right” property; negotiating the best price and terms; personally being there through all the inspections; overseeing the lending process and escrow; and always being available for any questions or concerns.
As a Foreclosure Consultant, Susie is part of a special neighborhood foreclosure task force to help homeowners in our community solve their pending foreclosure issues. We will analyze each individual situation and provide different options so the homeowner can make the right decision for the preservation of their equity and credit.
Susie grew up in the Los Angeles area and has lived and worked on the Westside and South Bay with her family for the past 17 years. Her familiarity with the schools and “hidden pockets” within larger residential areas helps buyers find their dream home, whether it takes one month or a year!
