MANHATTAN BEACH

Manhattan Beach is a classic beach town that was immortalized in the Beach Boys classic, "Surfin' U.S.A."

 

Visitors and residents alike continue to be impressed by the breathtaking beachfront real estate as they walk, run, bike, or skate on the world-famous Strand. The downtown area is filled with culinary delights and many locally-owned shops.

Playa Vista is a thriving tech hub with a beach twist. It is tucked away from the hustle of Hollywood and the Westside, but with just as many stars: TMZ, Microsoft Corp., Sony Playstation, Verizon Communications, and Facebook to name a few.
